Camps 09/04/2016
My six year old enjoyed his time at this camp. There are a variety of sport activities and the staff is very energetic. I found the camp well organized and I felt my child was safe. "Two week" campers are offered swimming everyday which was wonderful for my son and his swimming skills improve dramatically. Note that "one week" campers are not guaranteed swimming. When my son attended "one week" campers did not receive swimming.. Overall it was a great camp and we will be back next year.Camps 01/18/2018
Our daughter, who was not quite 5 yet, attended this camp last summer 2017 for 2 weeks. Overall it was a good first camp experience for her. Each day the kids were shepherded through a cycle of the same activities: soccer, swimming, chess, art activities, dance, to name a few. If your child doesn't like one or more of these activities already, then she may not like the camp all that much. Our daughter really enjoyed the chess, art, and swimming (as long as she was allowed to wear a life vest.) The counselors are college age (I believe) and most appeared to really enjoy being counselors of young children. Pick up, drop off, and application of sunscreen are VERY well coorindated and organized. The swimming section of the class I felt required a couple more counselors in the water for this age group. Our daughter who (understandably) doesn't know how to swim yet, was a bit nervous and needed to hold onto the side the entire time due to the depth of the water.
